• Produce publications that animate the excitement and relevance of contemporary craft to the forefront of cultural discussion

2. By mail, via cheque or credit card. Simply print and complete this form (OCC Donation Form). If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to the Ontario Crafts Council and mail it with your completed form to: Development Office, Ontario Crafts Council, 990 Queen St. W, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1H1

3. By fax, please print, complete, and fax this form (OCC Donation Form) to  416-925-4223

Outright contributions in amounts of over $20 allow you to receive tax benefits immediately. These include cash contributions, in-kind donations and gifts of shares or publicly traded securities (stocks).
