The Volunteer Committee Outstanding Volunteer Service Award

In 1993 the Ontario Crafts Council established the OCC Volunteer Service Award to recognize volunteers who have shown outstanding dedication to the Ontario Crafts Council. Up to three awards are presented annually. Recipients must be members of the Volunteer Committee. Staff and OCC committee members may submit nominations and a nominator's statement to the Board of Directors.

The OCC is proud to announce the 2011 recipient of the Volunteer Committee Outstanding Volunteer Award:

Marsha Hays
Marsha has been a long time member of the volunteer committee.  In recent years her contacts have provided the off-site Volunteer Committee meetings with unique and special venues.  This year, Marsha contributed greatly to the Spring Tour Fundraiser to Stratford.  Marsha's eye for detail and sense of fun are appreciated by all on the committee.
